Between now and when ever a Healthcare Bill is signed and actually put into effect, Insurance Companies will already have raped the policy holders and protected their own record profits for years to come. Sorry "consumer" no savings will ever reach your empty pockets. Costs will rise. Services will go down. We are about to be "Boom-bazzelled" again!
